Gender equality is not a goal from which women alone could benefit. It's a goal from which men would also benefit, as all genders would be freed from arbitrary standards they feel compelled to abide to. Whether you are a man or a woman, be a feminist, fight for gender equality, and the whole of humanity will benefit from it.

Why I need feminism #10
As if we didn't both work and as if he didn't live in this house as well... we both make it dirty and we both have other things to do, so why should I do all the house-chores (which I hate)?
Oh, yea, right. I'm a woman.
