Gender equality is not a goal from which women alone could benefit. It's a goal from which men would also benefit, as all genders would be freed from arbitrary standards they feel compelled to abide to. Whether you are a man or a woman, be a feminist, fight for gender equality, and the whole of humanity will benefit from it.

Because men are supposed to be strong, Women to be weak. Otherwise there's something wrong, Or else you're a freak.
